Candle Painting: Brentwood Community Creative Connection
Join us at the Brentwood Community Association on Friday, November 29, for an evening of creativity and connection in a fun candle painting workshop. Family-friendly!
Painted candles are growing in popularity as personalized, decorative gifts and unique home accents, making them perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re looking to start a new hobby, create a thoughtful gift, or simply decorate your space, candle painting is a wonderful creative outlet.
Your instructor Fatima, will guide you through the steps of painting a featured design or a personal image of your choice onto a candle. You’ll learn the basics of acrylic painting, design techniques, and the best practices for painting on candle surfaces. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a beautifully painted candle to take home.
This community event is proudly organized by Dots & Lines in collaboration with the Brentwood Community Association. A $10 donation from each participant helps cover the cost of materials, ensuring an enjoyable, affordable experience for all. All supplies are provided – paints, brushes, and a candle for each guest to take home as a personalized keepsake.
Who is this for: This workshop is perfect for everyone – no prior painting experience is necessary! Participants of all ages, from kids to adults, are warmly welcomed. We encourage you to bring a bottle of water (and a light snack if you’d like) to stay refreshed while you create.
Join us for an enjoyable evening of crafting and community connection!
