In this guided workshop, you’ll design and create two beautiful pairs of earrings from start to finish. You’ll learn the foundational techniques of earring making while exploring a curated selection of beads, charms, colors, and styles to reflect your personal taste. Whether you prefer something bold and expressive or delicate and minimal, you’ll have the freedom to experiment and bring your vision to life in a relaxed, supportive environment.

This workshop is perfect for women, girls, and teenagers aged 8 and above who are curious to explore their creativity, moms and daughters looking for meaningful quality time, and friends or besties seeking a memorable creative outing. Participants are welcome to join individually or as a group — no prior experience is needed, just a willingness to create, connect, and have fun.

About the instructor: Palak Dhorajiya is a self-taught artist who reignited her passion for creativity during the pandemic. Originally from India, she balanced art with her studies. After moving to Calgary for a career in Interior Design, she temporarily set aside her artistic pursuits. However, discovering alcohol inks during the pandemic reignited her love for creating. Inspired by her mother and art tutor, she began crafting original pieces and teaching others. Palak offers custom artwork and art classes, providing a creative space to transform ideas into beautiful art.
