What if your next T-shirt or tote bag didn’t come from a rack, but from your own two hands?
This 3.5-hour workshop offers a comprehensive introduction to Lino printing, from first sketch to final press. You’ll design and carve your own original single-color print, working either from a reference image or by drawing directly onto the block. Examples and references will be on hand for inspiration, but you’re welcome to bring your own sketches too.
Guided by artist Bahar Rostami, you’ll hand-burnish or press your design using soft Lino blocks and water-based fabric inks onto a T-shirt or tote bag to take home. Everything you need to print on fabric is provided. No two pieces come out exactly the same, and that’s half the charm of Lino printing.

About The Artist
Bahar Rostami is a visual arts graduate with a passion for painting, illustration, printmaking, and photography. She brings hands-on experience leading engaging art workshops, along with a deep skill set in hand-painted artwork across a variety of creative surfaces. Bahar’s work spans decorative painting, illustration, colour composition, and visual storytelling, and she loves bringing that same spirit of exploration into every workshop she hosts.
