ONLINE: Discover Doodling I Shapes and Fillers
Join Sophia’s Monday evening class, Discover Doodling, and be open to the surprising benefits that can result from creative self-expression!
Discover Doodling: Doodling is a great way to start drawing even if you have zero talent! Each class has a theme. Sophia sparks inspiration in participants by starting with a quote, a story or a memory. A healing intention is set, then set aside as the doodling begins.
Focusing on the doodling allows the subconscious to resolve the issue in the background. By the end, participants feel either complete relief of their issue, or have gained insight into it, which they can act upon for further resolution.
Every class has a theme and teaches something new. Book multiple sessions; each session will be a surprise!
Who is it for: This class is designed for adults. Child of 8yrs old and up may join with a parent. No artistic skills needed. Families doing this together experience deeper bonding and empathy by discussing the theme afterward. Doodling in community is stimulating, comforting and fun!
Live on Zoom: Classes are hosted on Zoom meeting. Participants are encouraged to turn on their webcam/video to take part in the class. This is to allow the instructor to check on the progress of participants and offer personalized guidance & support where needed.
