Ever wanted to try watercolour but weren’t sure where to start? This online class is built exactly for that. Over 1.5 relaxed, guided hours, you’ll learn the building blocks of watercolour painting — colour mixing, blending, layering, and brush control — and put them straight into practice on a colourful piece of your own.
No prior experience needed. Your experienced art instructorm, Yazhini will walk you through each step from her own screen to yours, so you can paint at your own pace, ask questions as you go, and finish the session with a piece you’re proud of.

Complete beginners and casual painters alike. Whether you’ve never picked up a paintbrush or just want to build on what you know, this class meets you where you are. Each week, the class teaches and creates something new, so feel free to book multiple sessions and keep building your skills week after week.
When and Where
Class runs weekly on Wednesday online via Google Meet — join from the comfort of your home! To take part, please have the following ready before the session starts:
- Watercolour paints
- Watercolour paper/painting sheets
- Paintbrushes
- Pencil
- Eraser

About Your Instructor
Yazhini Venkatraman is a self-taught artist whose love of art began in childhood. Working across watercolors, acrylics, and charcoal, she brings a lifelong curiosity for color and technique into every session — along with a genuine love of sharing art with others.
